Returns Policy

At IN THE EIGHT, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returning Your Order

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with any original tags and packaging where applicable

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and approved following inspection.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
